I respect that you have to make a judgement to kick/ban to keep your server free from hacking but I hope you don't mind me saying that I think you've jumped to the wrong conclusion in this instance.  I've played nearly 1000 hours of black ops, 37 hours on your server alone, and I have a clean VAC record.  I don't cheat.
