Hello Pinstrucks,
I have just seen your progress on Plays.tv and I must say: I did not see anything strange, but if you really use one of the hacks (e.g. wallhack) - it is your own conscience. What I mean: people have played BO1 since 2010. So they could, during this time, install some hacks, and learn how to use it imperceptibly. This not means that you do this/ I want to say, that since our clan exist, we had a lot of players who have used hacks and we have observed them with full of patience. Some of them played without care to be captured, but some were really cautious. Then, we decided to not kick every player who had really good performance. That is why you could see Kocham bigos and bloodpoint "on your back". It did not mean, that you were kicked because of your score or something other. Normally, before we kick someone suspected, we watch him with full of focus.
On the other hand, if you were kicked by the server and saw while kicking some surprising information that you use hack, ask Steam Support whether they could check what was going on.
Remember one thing please - we always ask Steam Support for help if we cannot check players whether they use some type of hacks or not.

I did not see a file recorded by''Kocham bigos'' yet .
I just point that the case is as a ''suspected'' and You do not have any charges for now . From Your B3 history I fully believe that Your TempBan will be released soon.We going to take a closer look at Your case as soon as possible . The fact that You show up at our forum to explain situation is a very positive factor .
..... Please be patient and wait a bit longer .
I see that You prone very often during game match. You have got a few warnings about it also ( B3 history ). Please take in mind that this kind of behaviour can ( and many times is ) be taken as a braking of serwer rule. 'Go to prone position under direct fire / fight is forbidden ' .
Prone what You made in Your recorded game is just accidientally close to ''in fight'' but was not a rule braking situation, but admins and players can see it diffrent way while playing . Either You will be prepared for a ''not fair'' warn and console temp ban sometimes or avoid prone so often in game .

You did not receive PermBan only tempban, just because you can calmly explain the situation.
Admin watching, but is not always able to clearly assess the situation.

OfflineIt is always better to see whole action from 2nd and 3rd person view before judgement , and this is possible only in BO "theatre " ...( if it has got recorded :) )

I understand your concerns and your need to ban hackers and rule breakers; it ruins the game for everyone else. With VAC using a delayed ban system, keeping your server clean is down to you. I've been in a few clans over the years so I've experienced that side of things, although PunkBuster did most of the work for you in the days of MW/WAW.
Like everyone else, I have games where it seems like I can't hit a barn door and I find it frustrating. Then I have games that I play well in and thats why I play - for this enjoyment.
The number of good servers in black ops is dropping off, and there are only two clans running crouch only servers in Europe (where I get a reasonable ping): SBSP and you. That is why I came here to discuss the ban... as I said, I still really enjoy black ops and the crouch servers in particular so loosing access one of these servers would make it more difficult for me to drop in and play. If I were to loose access to both I would probably stop playing black ops altogether so I wouldn't risk this by cheating. Besides, it wouldn't be enjoyable if I were cheating - it would be too easy.
I'll keep the prone to a minimum :)
