2. go to steam games right click on black ops multi player. properties, local files, verify integrity of local cache. let it run and sync/update with black ops server computer based in N.Y N.Y U.S
3. restart your steam by closing it out then restart it.
4. last thing restart your modem and pc
5. if all this fails which these steps have a 99% success rate then come to team speak and confirm this has been followed
