Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – “Induction”

The official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare “Induction” gameplay presents the campaign mode, in which a group of US Marines enters the front line in the streets of Seoul, South Korea.

The short video reveals many of the new features coming in the next game. It is clear that the developers have turned towards future technology: we get a jetpack that assists jumps and high falls, as well as a powered suit supported by an extensive arsenal. The footage itself is quite interesting and has been staged like a cinematic sequence.

I personally like what I see and will probably buy the game for its promising campaign. As for multiplayer, the new systems introduced with every successive Call of Duty increasingly clash with my old-school habits, so I am unlikely to pursue this title for online play.
